Push Your Limits Extreme

2025 & 2026

Together with Marvin Silva, we developed this campaign from the ground up for JEX, one of the Netherlands' fastest-growing startups. Knowing that JEX operates in a competitive IT job market, we wanted to create something that would genuinely stand out rather than blend in with the usual recruitment content.

Inspired by CEO Nick Hillebrand's background as a former marine and his belief in personal growth and discipline, we built a concept around employees taking on real, demanding challenges that push them outside their comfort zone. We pitched the idea across every layer of the organization, got it greenlit, and led the full production as a team across four video episodes.

Rick climbed on top of a flying plane, Philomeen walked through fire, Lisa slacklined at 30 meters above the ground, William survived a submerged cabin, and Laurens and Jamie completed a 72-hour military training.

This project was one of the most rewarding I've worked on, both creatively and professionally. A big thank you to Marvin Silva for building this concept together, and to Jason Liddle for his editing work on the final videos.
