
Push Your Limits Extreme
As a former marine, CEO Nick Hillebrand knows how important personal growth and discipline are. At JEX, he encourages his employees to continuously develop themselves, both professionally and personally. This became the inspiration for a video campaign in which employees take on challenges that deliberately push them out of their comfort zones.
That’s how the idea was born to launch four full video productions, each featuring the most demanding challenges.
The designs were printed in large format in the building, including handmade designs for the elevators at the entrance. It was a challenge to keep the files manageable at these sizes.
The animations were created in Photoshop and animated in After Effects, delivered ready-to-use so that video editors Marvin Silva and Jason Liddle could continue working with them. In addition, we collaborated closely to incorporate the campaign branding in as many ways as possible throughout the video.
I would like to thank Nick Hillebrand for the trust placed in this campaign. It was an incredibly educational and inspiring journey. The scale of this project was immense, which made it particularly challenging. Looking back, it was fantastic to hear how positively the video series was received by the staff, and that participants were even recognized outside the office.
Working with this talented team was a highlight of the project. Everyone’s individual expertise came together to create a strong final result.
